Swiftly.tools

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2025

1. Overview

Swiftly.tools ('we', 'us', 'this site') operates swiftly.tools, a collection of free browser-based tools. This policy explains what information is and is not collected when you use the site, and how it is used.

The short version: every tool on this site runs entirely inside your browser. Nothing you type, paste, or process is ever uploaded to our servers or shared with anyone.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Every tool on Swiftly.tools processes your input locally, in your browser, using JavaScript. This is an architectural decision, not a marketing claim. We never receive or store:

  • Resumes, cover letters, and other documents you check or generate
  • Text you humanize, analyze, or run through the detectors
  • Prompts you build or optimize, and the scores they earn
  • PDFs you merge and JSON you format
  • Invoices, links, passwords, QR codes, and email signatures you create
  • Anything else you enter into any tool on this site

None of it is transmitted anywhere. When you close the tab, it is gone. There is no database of user content on our end, because nothing ever reaches our end.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, and the pages and timing of your requests.

These logs exist to keep the site fast, secure, and free of abuse. They are not used to profile you, and they are not combined with anything else, because there is nothing else to combine them with.

4. Cookies and Advertising

Swiftly.tools is free because of advertising. Ads on this site are served by Google AdSense, and Google and its partners may use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other websites.

Advertising cookies are set by Google, not by us, and we do not run our own tracking cookies. You can review your ad settings or opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

5. Analytics

We may use simple, aggregate analytics to understand which tools are popular and how the site performs overall, such as page view counts.

We do not use cross-site tracking, and we do not tie analytics to an identifiable person. If our analytics setup ever changes, this section will be updated first.

6. Third-Party Services

The full list of third parties involved in running this site is short:

  • Vercel - hosts the website and serves pages from its global network. It processes the standard request logs described above.
  • Google AdSense - serves the advertisements that keep this site free, and may set cookies as described in the Cookies and Advertising section.

That is the whole list. No data brokers, no marketing email platforms, no resume-scraping middlemen.

7. Data Security

The entire site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted in transit.

Our strongest security measure is architectural: because tool inputs never leave your browser, there is no central store of user content that could be leaked, lost, or breached.

8. Children's Privacy

Swiftly.tools is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Since every tool runs locally and requires no account, there is nothing for a young visitor to sign up for and nothing to reveal.

9. Your Rights (GDPR and CCPA)

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have legal rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, and delete it.

Because we do not collect or store personal data beyond standard server logs, these rights are largely satisfied by design: there is nothing about you on file to access or delete. If you would like server log entries associated with your IP address removed, or you have any other privacy request, email hello@swiftly.tools and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
