Swiftly.tools is a collection of free online tools - AI writing assistants, resume and document checkers, PDF utilities, calculators, and generators - that run entirely in your browser.
The site requires no account, stores nothing about you, and is paid for by advertising. You may use the tools for personal or business purposes at no cost.
Everything you type, paste, upload, or generate while using our tools belongs to you. We make no claim to it - and because all processing happens locally in your browser, we never even see it.
You are free to use, publish, sell, or discard any output you create with our tools. It is your content, produced on your machine.
You agree not to use the site in ways that are unlawful or that harm the site or its visitors. Specifically:

The site itself - its design, code, branding, and written content - is owned by Swiftly.tools and protected by applicable copyright law. You may use the site freely, but you may not copy and republish it as your own product.
This does not affect your content, as described in the section above.
The site is free because it is ad-supported. Advertisements are served by third parties such as Google AdSense, and any products or services shown in ads are not endorsements by us.
Your interactions with ads are between you and the advertiser, and are subject to the advertiser's own terms and privacy policy.
The site and all its tools are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make every tool accurate and reliable, we cannot promise that outputs are always correct, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
This matters especially for the analytical tools. Scores from the AI detectors, the ATS resume checker, and similar tools are informed estimates meant to guide your editing - not certified measurements. Always review important documents yourself, and for legal, financial, or career decisions, rely on qualified human judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swiftly.tools is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its outputs - including lost profits, lost opportunities, or data loss.
Since every tool runs in your browser and we store nothing, the realistic worst case is a tool that needs a refresh - but the legal language has to say it plainly anyway.
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The current version is always the one published on this page, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
